Means, Resources and Accounts

The committee’s source of support will consist of contributions it will receive from the Iranian community around the world as well as from other interested individuals and humanitarian organizations to be able to pursue its aims and purposes. The committee shall undertake activities aimed at mobilizing such support.

The committee’s expenses relate to services of lawyers, expenses relating to travel and stay of witnesses and, at times committee members if need be, at the hearings, related court expenses and incidentals.

The committee’s financial duties will be discharged by a sub-committee of members, at present consisting of Mr. Saeed Gohari, LA lawyer in charge of accounts, Dr. Iraj Tabibzadeh and Dr. Iraj Lalezari.

The finance committee's records of all receipts and expenses will be reviewed each year (in October) by a California-based Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Firm. The CPA report will then be submitted to the Committee Members.
